a little drunk but not totally hammered. but drunk enough that you still feel really dizzy. a great excuse for drunk driving.

Police: Sir, have you been driving under the influence?
Me: *slobers* uhh...just a little tipsy...
Police: oh ok. sorry sir. drive safely.
