An adjective used, when the situation one finds themselves in is sad, horrifying and/or traumatizing. Usually followed up with a creepy smiling emoji.

"Wanna hear a fun fact about me? I've felt like I'm not worthy of love, ever since I turned 6 years old"
or
"He cheated on me... with my sister... during our anniversary. So that was fun!"
