Gruff

The small patch of hair lying in between the penis/vagina and the anus. (It can also have a second word added to it to become an insult, seen in fig. 2)

Geoff: I fucked Gemma last night, but man, that gruff was disgusting
Dave: Really?

Geoff: Yeah, dude, I swear it looked like there was breadcrumbs in there
