A phrase used to indicate a pause, hesitation, confusion, or discomfort during a conversation. Is often used as a filler when one does not want to respond to a question, and can additionally be used as simply a statement or exclamation for attention from others.

Katy: So.. did I see on Find My Friends that you spent the night at your ex's house last night?
Louie: ……beep bop.
