Russian Handshake

The act of shaking hands as if greeting an individual in which you then whip out a machete with your free hand and lop his gripped hand off at the wrist. You may then do what you wish with the hand.

Dude: Ever hear of a Russian Handshake?
Russian: No.
Dude: Yeah, me neither.
