Gargamel from The Smurfs but he’s also a Melon.

Romuleous

A dog, specifically a skinny brown dog, with anger issues.

‘Hey, wanna walk da dogs together tomorrow?"
"Can’t dude… I’ve got a Romuleous. He barks at everything he sees."
"Shit, dude. Calm dat doggy down."
