-Attractive
-No children
-Never married
-Sane
-Employed

The uncommon nature of a person meeting all of these conditions (especially in Texas) makes them more attractive than they actually are.

Person A: Did you see who I was talking to online?
Person B: Yeah... I mean, cool?
Person A: No kids, never married... they’re a Texas Ten.
