an individual that has decided to liberate themselves from wearing a mask in public and has not been vaccinated for COVID-19 and wants to seem as if they have been vaccinated.

Man enters grocery store and employee says, “Sir, can you please put on a mask?”, and man responds, “Oh, it’s ok, I’ve been MASKINATED.”
