Low Hoe

not to be confused with “lowkey hoe” (where a person is exhibiting hoeish behavior), low hoe means a hoe on the bottom of the hoe food chain, the lowest of lows.

Eg. Low level, inferior, weak

hoe: hey

person: i don’t fuck with you, you a low hoe

girl 1: did you hear about (boy) going out with (girl)

girl 2: damn for real? she’s such a low hoe, he deserves better
