RARBG

Well-known torrenting site that was unfortunately shutdown by the site owners around mid-2023. While offically out of service, the RARBG site and service still technically exists, they are just maintained by an unknown 3rd party entity. I've found the knockoff to be a great replacement, but others may want to heed caution. It seems to be pulling from the same tracker list as 1337x as the seeders and search results on both sites seem identical, with rarbg knockoff having 10% more seeders on average which is nice. However unlike the og, higher quality rips seem to get less seeds. Comment section is gone but like that other definition said I don't miss it.

CRTC

Canada's own version of a dictatorship. The CRTC dictates what every Canadian can or cannot do/watch on the internet. In recent years, I've heard they are even making efforts to filter out content that isn't "Canadian" enough. Basically, the CRTC is the oppressor and the average Canadian citizen is the oppressed
