When someone is so stupid, and makes such dangerous life decisions they should have died. However they live on to make more bad choices.
This is a reference to those who accidentally kill themselves and are given the "darwin award" implying they died due to their lack of being evolved along with the remainder of the human race and their genes are being eliminated.
1) Can you believe he survived that fall? He is a total darwin outlaw.
2) I wish that darwin outlaw would be brought to justice.
A tarsec is a computer user who is a fan of Linux but does not know how to use it. Tarsecs for example will have a Linux wallpaper on their Windows PC and use common *nix lingo. However, when asked about a simple Linux command such as "tar" or "ssh" they will quickly become flustered and get very defensive.

The little tarsec came to our IRC channel showing us screenshots of his windows command prompt. He was so proud he changed the font color to green and felt like he was a real hacker. I told him to "man tar" and stfu. lol

A Facebook user who spends their days pretending to be in the "Cyber Hacker" group known as "Anonymous". While these users possess no hacking skills like that of "Anonymous" and do not participate in actual activism, instead they spend their days posing in Guy Fawkes masks and working on Facebook to redefine the name "Anonymous" as nothing more than a group of Facebook friends.
Most often Facebook Anon's live with their parents or have other situations allowing them to stay on Facebook 24 hours a day and develop a cult-like second lifestyle in which they repost each others news and memes. Not unlike a high school "clique" or a "street gang" who stakes claim to turf which is not theirs, when these Facebook Anons attack others they are often met with resistance and end up looking foolish. As gang mentality dictates, they will then get angry and become "BUTT HURT" which leads to slander and personal drama on Facebook, their home.
Finally when all else fails and the Facebook Anons are angry at someone but have nothing factual or personally against them, they will accuse their enemies of being "pedophiles", "federal agents", or anything else they can think of which is frowned upon in the world of Facebook Anon. They will work endlessly in attempts to slander others in hopes they will leave Facebook, their "turf" of the internet.
1) I try to keep my info private, too many Facebook Anons out there stealing info to pretend they are a hero.
2) I was trying to answer his question but that Facebook Anon could not stand to see he was wrong and just started posting endless memes.
3) I was trying to communicate, but it is difficult with the Facebook Anon can only type replied of "Are you mad bro?" and "you have feelz".

A mysterious clown that has been giving residents in Princess Diana's home county of Northamptonshire the heebie-jeebies. Showing up at random places at random times in complete scary clown outfit, it is a mystery who, why, or where this clown comes from.
Is it the ghost of ClownDotPy?
I once saw the Northampton clown, that is what drove me to drinking!
An online scam artist using the internet for panhandling without any transparency into how it is being used. The term 'free anons' was coined due to the typical behavior of remaining anonymous or using the name of "Anonymous" to collect their donations. Free anons often prey on the sympathy of others but will quickly attack those who question how donations are used.
1) I entered the online chat room and was surrounding by free anons begging for change.
2) How can I take a free anon seriously when asking me for money to "pay my bills" or "free hammond"?

An action taken offline in the real world to ridicule, humiliate, or otherwise prank someone to cause extreme embarrassment or problems.
1) He thought it was funny to troll and threaten me online so I am going to his house tonight to perform an IRL Troll.
2) Watch out that guy is an IRL troll. He once filled my drawer with styrofoam peanuts.
