whip and nae nae

Annoying dance that goes along with an equally annoying song.
When they say "watch me whip" the hand and arm go to the front much like using a whip.
When they say "watch me nae nae" they thrust their pelvis forwards and shake the same hand up and back behind much like an awkward wave or bull ride.

Whip and nae nae: A form of dance..
Bryce: hey babe! Watch me whip, watch me nae nae!
Kayla: hun, can we please stop dancing like an idiot?
