atta scout

Meaning the same as "atta boy" or "atta girl" only without the gender specific reference. Akin to "atta boo" , but not generally used in the same sexual context. (girl: "baby i suck it for practice". boy: "atta boo")

If your dog runs across the park and shoves his snout up a hot girls summer dress then common agreement is that you gotta shout "atta scout" unless she freaks out or pouts.

2) generally do anything all day, which (when you generally do anything all day) usually means fuck all day.
