One who goes to a party as a guest, and intentionally spends his night touching and/or feeling and/or poking, the hosts (person having party) pets.

Timmy: "Hey did you see that govey touching Paul's cats?"
Jimmy: "yeah, what a freak. Thank god I didn't bring my dog!"
