the state of being so drunk that 'fucked up' is not nearly enough to describe one's state of inebriation. when waking up the next day, the hangover feels so painful that it feels like one literally got hit by a truck

Friend 1: Yo have you seen Mike? I heard he's drunk as fuck!
Friend 2: Yeah he just took 10 shots of vodka in 5 minutes! He's trucked up out of his mind!
