Giyuu Tomioka is a character in the anime and manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba written by Koyoharu Gotouge. No one really knows why, but at some point in time, everyone in the KnY fandom collectively decided that Giyuu is a slut. You can find evidence of this in just about any fanfiction he's in.
