A sort of mix between Poo (Feces), Poser, and Loser. It is usually screamed out and could be used in an affectionate way.

It has evolved into its own word and can also have the word Woozer said after.

Some people pronounce it "Poozer"

Cingy is a very controversial word, it had a very specific meaning and can be used in many different ways. Like something that is so cringy that it makes you giggle.
