A combination of mockery and condescending. Can be used in some situations to describe someone in a position of power who may communicates with certain manersims or has a type of voice that makes it easy for others to question their sincerity and hard for others to determine if they arenât being made fun of or spoken down to.
âI think my boss is fine but I canât make out if theyâre being genuine sometimes.â
âWhat do you mean?â
âLike sometimes sheâll say âYou are SO importantâ or âWe would be SO lost without youâ and I canât decide if sheâs being mockascending or if thats unfortunately her real voice.â
A term used to describe a millenial coffee shop regular who wears cuffed boot cut pants (jeans, khakis, etc.). This look is often accentuated with a beanie, combat or ankle boots, and a Mac laptop with an assortment of stickers on its face. Its sometimes tied together with a shirt thats half tucked in and air pods.
âHow was your blind date?â
âHe was really sweet, but it turns out heâs a coffee slack.â
âI dated a coffee slack once. I swear he stole my beanies.â
