clixer

a gathering such as a "company mixer" where no one mixes, instead they just socialize within their clique.

Co-worker: "Hey are you going to the company mixer Friday?"

Me: "What's the point of calling it a 'mixer,' every just hangs out with their clique, there is no mixing. HR needs to just call it what it is, a 'clixer'"

Ponderize

A new word used in the Oct. 2015 general conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Elder Devin Durrant, which immediately became a social media sensation. Ponderize appears to be a combination of the words "ponder" and "memorize." Ponderize describes the act of selecting a verse of scripture, and posting it in a place where you will see it often. Whenever you see the scripture you will think about its meaning and how it applies to life.

After I ponderized the scripture รขย€ยœMy father dwelt in a tentรขย€ย (1 Nephi 2:15) I decided there is no way Joseph Smith could make that crap up... has to come from heaven.
