Plague Bib

When a person wears a face mask or face covering covering below their nose and mouth, rendering them positively useless. Plague Bibs are generally seen on people who are skirt a mask regulation, but also worn for those who want to have their mask handy to pull up when someone approaches. "Both the cashier and the guy behind me in the checkout both were wearing plague bibs. I am so going to die."
