Gut also know as Gut Master, is a nickname for a person who is known to listen to the Grateful Dead in a garage and slowly becomes Ball Sack McGee after consuming a large amount of alcohol.

Person: Hey Gut, are you down to see a movie tonight.

Gut: Sorry man, I'll be listening to some Jerry tonight.
