over-derping yourself. derping so much that it mentally or physically exhausts you. in some cases, it's very hard to cure over-derp.

self explanatory. when you derp so much that it has become an addiction. soon after you become a derpaholic, you will most likely contract derpes, whether you give it to yourself from derping too much or a derpes positive person will give it to you.
