God complex

A psychosis based in uncontrolled narcissism, inflated arrogance and a perceived need to subjugate and/or ridicule other individuals deemed to be inferior or unworthy.

"I appreciate the fact that many Hollywood celebrities donate time and money to charity causes, but I wish they wouldn't present such a God complex when talking about it."
Note: The phrase "loaded God complex" is a play on words, referencing the fact that a person with a God complex can be volatile, much like playing with a loaded gun.
