Somewhat uncommon UK slag: The art of modifying a cheap lighter so that it shoots way larger flames than normal. Might be performed to show off to fellow teenagers, or unknowingly as a prank, so when someone goes to smoke something, they get a gout of flame in their face.

That bastard Barry Gypsy Flicker my Lighter, almost burnt my eyebrows off when I went to light my fag.
