a person who often makes up lies to engage in basic conversation and/or often creates legendary tales of their past accomplishments or really any occurance in their life. Also when questioned about the likelihood of their story will make up little mini (not any more believable) supporting lies.

rupert figglebottom - "dude i got a flat tire the other day and almost wrecked"

dunn the icon - "thats nothing dude, one time i got a flat tire and swerved into a curb, thus getting launched in the air doing a barrel role then proceeding to land on four wheels and park appropriately."
