Describes someone who is very short and mumbles a lot. Can also be used if their eyes are close together.

An extremely tall and skinny man. Usually obsessed with Templar knights and dinosaurs. Also likes to call himself “the great emperor.”

Extra points if they are a genius and like Godzilla.
