a shortening of the word buttfuck. almost interchangable with vaginal sex as well. Often has a gay connotation, though not exclusively.

Jim: Hey you seen Brokeback Mountain?
Ezekiel: Na bro.
Jim: Good yo, there was some hardcore man bufu-ing in that. Pretty much shoulda changed the name from Brokeback Mountain to Bufu Mountain.
