A person originating from India, but moving to Africa, likely Tanzania or Uganda, and these so called "Africans" are Khojas.

Brown man 1: Hey where are you from
Brown man 2: Im from Tanzania.
Brown man 1: But how can you be African your brown?
Brown man 2: Im Khoja.
Brown man 1: Ooooooo.
