hilo

The words hi and hello combined

It can be used in two ways that i know of
the first way of which is just saying hilo as a greeting, and the second is when you say “Hi” the other person responds with “lo”

Some guy: Hilo, how are you doing today?
or
You: Hi
Some guy: Lo!
