Oscar is the best friend you've always wished for. He is the most kindest guy you'll ever meet and he'll do anything for anyone, especially the ones he loves. But beware, Oscar is known as a chatterbox but knows when to shut up! He always finds ways to make people laugh and cheer, even when your down and won't give up until your happy. What can I say, he's hilarious. He loves anything alcoholic and loves to party! If you are lucky enough to meet an Oscar, DO NOT let him go! He is EXTREMELY romantic and very loyal.
