Gradyism

A political movement that began in the United States in the early 2020s by Leftists and Progressives who became disenchanted with the increasingly pro-Putin foreign policy rhetoric of Left Twitter, and the growing ideological overlap between Lefty influencers/posters/podcasters and MAGA populists on the far-right. In addition to reevaluating certain long-held beliefs after taking a series of L's as a result of feeling compelled to "hand it" to the libs who turned out to be right about Trump planning a coup and Russia planning to invade Ukraine.

Gradyism, a term taken from the name of one of a handful of Twitter personalities who ran for office in 2020 as a bit, is based on aspects of democratic socialism and liberal internationalism, patriotism for the founding ideals of the United States and its cultural achievements, and support for an electoralist strategy of Progressive/Left entryism into the Democratic Party.

"I don't see how these Gradyism weirdos on Twitter can support Palestine and NATO at the same time."
