A smaller dark-colored skin mark left on any part of the body after having it sucked for a long period of time. It comes from the word hickey but hiki is smaller and you can’t actually see it.

“This guy gave me a hiki”
friend: “you mean hickey? Right?”

“No, because it’s smaller and you can’t actually see it”
