What happens when a drunk falls into a garbage bin with the arms and legs out of the bin and the body bent double and stuck in the bin. Only fixed by falling onto your side and asking for assistance.

Al was talking to the liquor licenseing policeman when her drunk friend fell backwards into bin and created a bin turtle.
