DL Moody

The founder of Nortfield Mount Hermon School (NMH), buried on Roundtop with his wife. Some sort of minister from the 1800s, with the brilliant idea of workjob. 'DL' is the term for advisors at said school, named after DL Moody. NMH takes great pride in its founder, though he's been dead a good long while.

"The mission of DL Moody and the Head, the Heart, and the Hand, lives on today..."
"Shut up, Tom Sturtevant!"

Roundtop

Place on Northfield at NMH where couples go to have sex. There is a group of pine trees (God knows who planted them there, or why they did) which is quite popular. Don't go in there if you don't want to see used condoms, and smell some pretty gross things. DL Moody and his wife are buried up there, but no one really cares. People pee on them, sometimes.

"How many Northfielders does it take to screw in a lightbulb?"
"None--they screw on Roundtop"

West Hall

Now called Alumnae Hall (lame...), the big dining hall that serves the entire Mount Hermon campus of NMH. If you look slightly different from the Hermon norm, it's likely that a Hermonite or two will stare at you as you walk in. The journey from door to food is called the Walk, and is feared by many. The food in West is perhaps better than that of Gould or Marquand, but the atmosphere is sorely lacking.

"God damn it, I have to eat in West because of practice today."
