Noun. A "grab" is a group of two or more well-dressed white men standing around and looking speculatively at their surroundings. Possibly seeking to invest in the neighborhood for their own purposes. At least one still uses a cell phone holster.

That grab is about to buy up the neighborhood and gentrify the place.
