A Hugo is a person who is jam packed with fun facts. There's no one like him. A Hugo is a person who spends his free time pretending to be an animal. Most would associate him with being a furry. His pronouns are He/Him/ they/ them, everyone tells him its not his month but "he" doesn't listen. Hugo is the kind of guy who goes to the store to buy all the eggs and milk, a weird weird obsession with milk.
