Baby America refers to early Colonial America which was when America was under British rule. The American colonies were one of the most well treated colonies of Britain and America wanted to be treated better, etc.
When a person is referred to as "being a baby America" it means they have an adequate amount of something and complain and want more.

Secret term for drugs. Commonly used when around strangers or people you don't know very well. When you are looking for drugs, you can harmlessly ask anyone "do you know Abby?" those unfamiliar with the term will often say "Abby who?" or "Which Abby?" Those familiar with the term will lead you in the right direction.

"Do you know Abby?" "Yea she's at the bar wearing a hat."
