the defo of a fuck boy is a a person who claims to like someone of the same or opposite sex and has the chance to be with them but lets somebody or something get in the way but they still choose to act like they like them e.g flirt with them but the "fuck" part is where they decide to flirt with somebody else and that person at the same time.
