Phi

Phi is a word commonly used to describe a male with lack of; or insignificantly small, male genitalia. Evidence suggests that a "phi" is a sub species of "girlyman".
A "phi" is also currently being considered a super natural power. It's main "superhuman" characteristic is the ability to bitch and whine for approximately forever (actual approx. time is subject to change, as researchers have waited for it to stop to no avail).

She could not stop bitching and whining for ever. She’s such a girlyman. Its almost superhuman how much she can bitch. She’s being such a Phi.
