A word used to describe a retarded act used by northwestern kids.

the word originated when one boy whos name was warby set out to act differently very differently for 7 years.

after 6 years he let slip what he was doing and became suddenly famous in the northwest of england, doing a retarded/idiotic act without propper reason is now called doing a warby.

A word said to a cripple or disabled persion as an insult.

this is often deemed cruel and unjustified but ocasionaly in the right circumstances can be used as a meaningful joke or comment.
