A noun, verb, or adjective about a place, person or thing. It can mean lazy, messy, ridiculous, boring, fat, slow, beastly, one who plays cheap by using their superior quality over the other. Basically anything you see wrong in something or someone

Damn, Shaquille O'neal is a hoss all he does is score under the hoop. (uses his sheer size to score)
That guy over there bench pressing 400 lbs isn't even fit, he just has hoss strength. (fatman strength)
The jersey shore is hossy. (a messy place to go)
