Canty

1) As in "I can't do it"; something unnecessarily or unexpectedly difficult
2) As in "you can't do it"; someone, usually an authority figure, who is contrarian for the sake of being so

1) Person 1: "Bro, that biology test was so canty"
Person 2: "I know right, why were there like 80 questions?"

2) Person 1: "The boss immediately declined my suggestion"
Person 2: "Damn why she being so canty like that"
