sleeping is an action that contributes to the health and wellbeing of a person. steps include: 1. putting your phone down, 2. getting comfy, 3. closing your eyes, and 4. entering sleep. you should give these steps a try next time you are feeling tired (as in right fucking now). go to sleep because I love you and I care about you and sleep > talking to me.

sleep is good and i like sleeping. you should try it sometime.
