Megan Mullally is a middle aged icon. She's an actress/singer who starred in Will and grace as alcoholic socialite Karen Walker from 1998 - 2006. Then went on to take guest roles on 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, and Bobs Burgers. Also starred in the hit movie ‘Why Him?’. She currently has a band with Stephanie Hunt called ‘Nancy and Beth’.
