A phrase used when trying to convince someone to do something they do not wish to do. Originated by Chris and Brian in PE class.

Brian: Chris, go put on your spiderman outfit.
Chris: Hell Nah!
Brian: Cmon, BE A SOULJA!
Chris: Okay. (quickly puts on spiderman outfit)
