Adjective used to describe incredibly dumb or frustrating people similar to dealing with the USPS Post Office.

John tried explaining how smart he was and ended going post office on me, because he was so stupid it's frustrating.

cardboard people

Individuals who utilize ugly brown cardboard and a black marker to create a message of distress or need in order to dupe the working people out of a couple of nickels or a rotisserie chicken. Also known as pan handlers.

I cannot in good conscience contribute anything to the cardboard people.
