The first element (gizzem-) is almost certainly a corruption of goddamn. The second half (-blutz) was probably influenced by fuck. The word is clearly styled to look as if it is of Yiddish descent.

"Gizzemblutz!" Gordon grumbled as he stubbed his toe on his way in from the garage.

Really, a peg that does not withdraw from its socket, such as a tooth — but you can see why its meaning changed.
