Pulling a Joe on someone means interfering with your friend's attempt at getting a girlfriend/boyfriend by messaging their crush and messing it all up.

"Dude how's it with Rachel?"
"No good, Mike pulled a Joe on me... He texted her about how i jack off to her pictures on facebook and then they both laughed about it!"
