An overused acronym for "You Only Talk Once" created by a teenage video chatting app called COOLFRIEND.
It's the secret code for users to know whether or not the other person has subscribed to the app.

Example 1)

A: "omg, I met this YOTO guy and we decided to meet today."
B: "YOTO? lmao"

Example 2)

A: "Did you YOTO?"
B: "I'm YOTOing now so we can longer convo 🗣💬"
