Scourge

The term for a collection or group of electric scooters gathered in one place, most often sidewalks. Similar to other collective nouns used to indicate groups of things, such as a flock of geese, a murder of crows, or a caravan of camels.

Electric scooters have arrived! There's a scourge on every block.
